Tomato & Capsicum Pasta sauce / Soup / Risotto Base
INGREDIENTS
Ripe Tomatoes
Red Capsicums
Garlic
Onions
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Mixed Herbs
METHOD
1. Grab a heap of ripe tomatoes, a couple of red
capsicums, a few cloves of garlic and an onion or two.
2. Bathe it in mixed herbs, salt & olive oil.
3. Roast until the edges are dark, sexy and charred.
4. Purée.
