Yoghurt Flatbread
INGREDIENTS
YOGHURT:
350grams of full-fat yoghurt
350grams of self-raising flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tbsp of dried dill
METHOD
Start by kneading your yoghurt, flour, baking powder, salt and dill to form a dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes while you fire up the barbie.
Once you’ve prepped your BBQ, place the hot plate on there and wipe it down using the Samba BBQ wipes.
Pour some oil on your hands before shaping the dough into small discs, to help prevent the dough from sticking to your hands or the hot plate. Place the discs onto the hot place and let them brown on both sides until cooked through.
